Finally available! The official StevoManager V2 Community Node for n8n is ready and solves once and for all the biggest problem for those working with AI outside of GoHighLevel.

Now you can create automations and AIs in n8n that automatically sync with GHL, without needing a second WhatsApp connection!

🎯 The Problem We Solved​

❌ How it was before:​

When you created an AI in n8n using the same instance connected to GHL:

  • AI messages didn't appear in GHL
  • GHL didn't sync because it was the same instance
  • You needed to connect a second WhatsApp to send via n8n
  • More cost, more complexity, more work

With the StevoManager V2 Community Node:

  • A single instance solves everything
  • "Send to GHL" button automatically mirrors messages
  • Your AIs sync perfectly with GoHighLevel

🔧 Installation​

1. Install the Node in n8n​

  1. Access your n8n
  2. Go to Settings → Community Nodes
  3. Click Install
  4. Paste the package name: @stevochat/n8n-nodes-stevomanager
  5. Click Install
  6. Wait for installation (current version: 2.1.2)

2. Configure Credentials​

  1. In the workflow, add the StevoManager node
  2. Click Credentials → Create New
  3. You'll need:

Server URL:

  • Access your StevoManager V2 instance
  • Copy the Server URL from the panel

API Key:

  • In the same V2 instance panel
  • Copy the API Key
  1. Paste both into n8n and save
  2. n8n will automatically test the connection ✅
