🎯 What is the Presence feature?
The Presence feature allows your customers to see when you are typing a message or recording an audio on WhatsApp, even when you're using GHL. This makes communication much more humanized and natural!
💡 Why use it? When the customer sees that you're typing or recording, they know they're being attended in real time. This builds more trust and connection!
✅ Prerequisites
Before starting, make sure you have:

🔍 How Does It Work?
Typing in Real Time
When you type a message in GHL's Compose, it automatically shows the customer that you're typing.
- ✅ You start typing in GHL
- ✅ Customer sees "Typing..." on their WhatsApp
- ✅ You send the message
- ✅ The status disappears automatically
Recording Audio in Real Time
When you click the audio recorder in GHL, it shows the customer that you're recording an audio.
- ✅ You click the record audio button
- ✅ Customer sees the microphone icon (recording)
- ✅ You send the audio
- ✅ The status disappears automatically

You can use presence within your automations! Just add an SMS action with the commands:
