Complete Tutorial – Automatic Multi-Number Management in GHL​

🎯 Objective​

Automate number switching in GoHighLevel whenever a client sends a message from different WhatsApp numbers, ensuring organized and clear customer communication.


Step by Step​

1. Set Up Tags and Numbers​

Each number connected to GHL needs its own tag:

2. Create an Automation Workflow​

Go to:

  • GHL β†’ Automations
  • Click "Create Workflow"

3. Configure the Trigger​

  • Choose Trigger: Contact Reply
  • Save and continue

4. Create a Source Condition​

  1. βœ… Click Add Condition
  2. βœ… Select "Message Contains Phrase"
  3. βœ… Add the Source value of the specific number (ex: EL number)
  4. βœ… Add an exclusion condition: Do NOT enter if the contact already has the Tag (ex: CS)

5. Configure Actions​

Add the following actions under the condition:
