🚀 What is Team Management?

Team Management allows you to add collaborators to your Stevo account, giving controlled access to your instances without needing to share your main password.

📍 How to Access

  1. In the Stevo dashboard, look for the ST Hub icon in the top menu
  2. Click the icon to open the management menu
  3. You will see:
    • Your main account
    • Option to manage other accounts
    • "Manage Team" button

👨‍💼 How to Add Collaborators

Step 1: Configure your Company

  1. Click on "Manage Team"
  2. Define your company name
    • This name will appear to your collaborators
    • Helps with organization identification

Step 2: Invite Collaborator

  1. Click on "Invite Collaborator"
  2. Enter the collaborator's email
    • Example: collaborator@company.com
  3. Click on "Send Invite"

Step 3: Invitation System

After sending the invitation:

  • ✅ Status will appear as "Pending"
  • 📧 An invitation code will be generated
  • 📤 Send this code to the collaborator

🔑 How the Collaborator Accepts the Invitation

For the Collaborator:

  1. If they already have a Stevo account:

    • Log in normally
    • Access the invitations area
    • Insert the received code
    • Accept the invitation
  2. If they don't have an account:

    • Will be redirected to create an account
    • After creating, can process the invitation
    • Insert the code and accept

Result:

After accepting:

  • ✅ Collaborator becomes part of the team
  • 🏢 Company will appear in the ST Hub menu
  • 🔓 Will have access to company instances

GDPR Security

For security and GDPR compliance reasons, financial and payment data are restricted only to the main account owner.


🔄 Switching between Accounts

For the Collaborator:

When the collaborator logs in, they will see:

  1. Their personal account (if they have one)
  2. Companies they are part of (via ST Hub)

To switch:

  1. Click on the ST Hub icon
  2. Select the desired account
  3. Work normally in that account
