WhatsApp + GoHighLevel Tags Sync

Feature Description​

It's finally here! Bidirectional tag synchronization between WhatsApp and GoHighLevel is now available in StevoManager V2.

This is one of the most requested features that took significant development effort to become a reality. Now you can keep your tags automatically synchronized between both platforms!

How to Activate​

  1. Access the StevoManager V2 panel
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Enable the "Sync Tags" option
  4. Done! Synchronization is active

How It Works​

WhatsApp → GoHighLevel​

  • Add a tag/label in WhatsApp
  • It automatically appears on the contact in GHL

GoHighLevel → WhatsApp​

  • Add a tag to the contact in GHL
  • It automatically appears in WhatsApp

Tag Removal​

  • Remove a tag from either platform
  • It's automatically removed from the other

Important to Know​

✅ Works for future tags: Synchronization applies from the moment you activate the feature

❌ Doesn't auto-sync old tags: Tags that existed before activation need a "trigger"

💡 How to start syncing existing tags: Simply add a new tag or remove/re-add an existing tag and all others will be synchronized

🔁 Bidirectional sync: Works both ways - WhatsApp ↔ GHL
