π’ Step 1 β Access GoHighLevelβ
- Log into your GoHighLevel
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and click on Private Integrations
π’ Step 2 β Create a New Private Integrationβ
- Click Create new integration
- Suggested name:
- π Stevo AI or Estevam AI
- Description is optional
- Click Create / Done
π’ Step 3 β Select Scopes (Very Important)β
Check all scopes below, as they are necessary for the AI to work correctly:

(Even those that seem unnecessary, check them all)

π’ Step 4 β Generate and Save the Keyβ
- After creating the integration, a Token will be generated
- β οΈ IMPORTANT: Save this key in a secure location
- After you leave the screen, you can only generate another one by rotating the key
π’ Step 5 β Connect the Key in Stevoβ
- Go to Stevo Chat
- Activate your Agent
- Paste the GHL Private Integration Token
- Save
β Done! The AI will be 100% functional, with all tools activated.

- Enter your OpenAI API Key

- Choose the desired model (GPT-4, GPT-3.5, etc.)

You can:
- Create a prompt from scratch
- Or use the Stevo Prompt Assistant, which:

- β‘ Optimizes the prompt according to available tools
π’ Step 7 β AI Pause Controlβ
- You can pause the AI when taking over a conversation manually
- Minimum pause time: 5 minutes
- Can be increased according to your needs
π’ Step 8 β Message Grouping (Delay)β
Defines the time the AI waits before responding.
Best practices:
- β±οΈ Minimum: 3 seconds
- β Ideal: 10 seconds
This allows the customer to send multiple messages in a row before the AI responds completely.
π’ Step 9 β Time Zoneβ
- If you're in Brazil, select Brasilia
- The system automatically adjusts the times
π’ Step 10 β Audio Responsesβ
Stevo AI can:
- π€ Understand audio messages
- π Process PDFs
- πΌοΈ Analyze images
To respond with audio:β
- Go to Keys / AI
- Enter your Eleven Labs key
- Choose:
- Eleven Labs or
- OpenAI (native voice)
- Select the desired voice
- You can listen to a preview before choosing
π Whenever the customer sends an audio message, the AI will also respond with audio.
π’ Step 11 β Operating Hoursβ
You can configure the AI to:
- π Work only during business hours
- π Work outside business hours
- π Work on specific days
- β° Or operate 24/7
If you don't activate this option, it works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
π’ Step 12 β RAG System (Company Documents)β
You can upload:
- π PDFs
- π Docs
- π TXT
- π Internal company files
The AI will perform semantic reading, using this information as a basis to respond with much more context and precision.
π’ Step 13 β Custom Tools (Optional)β
If you want to integrate external tools:
- Activate Custom Tool
- Configure GET, POST, PUSH or your preferred method
- Integrate custom APIs into the AI flow
